Bangladesh is a developing country with many problems affecting its people. One major issue is the unemployment rate. So, I want to say something for freshers and running students; please don’t get hyper about any social media or print media news regarding unemployment issues.

The condition of the job market in Bangladesh is very depressed. A large number of people have to compete for each job, and it is getting tougher and tougher to survive in this competition. These are always newspaper headlines. In the year 2024, we have to think anew about how to bring unemployment to the level of zero like developed countries. For this, not everyone has to look for a job; we should think about how to create a job market. The present government has planned to help the petitioners with this. We can enjoy many benefits on the way to becoming an entrepreneur, which are very useful for growing our businesses. The number of unemployed individuals in our country is about 26 lakhs, and many big companies exploit this by making workers work for low wages. Due to high unemployment, some dishonest people are taking advantage. BUBT Economics Club organized a seminar on Bangladesh Labor Law, titled "Policy and Implementation of Labor Wage Rate in Bangladesh" where I performed the duties as an executive member. Here, it is evident how workers are being cheated and why. With these things in mind, we should commit to being advocates, and I believe that one day the workers will regain their rightful rights.

If we are not proactive, the solution to this problem will not end quickly. If we are more instigators, the dishonest will not be able to survive for long. If I can work in this gap, I will definitely be successful.
